Acceptable Use Policy – Sleeping Beagle

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Sleeping Beagle (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for, or in connection with, any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal activities of any kind under applicable law.
• Creating or distributing pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative content.
• Generating violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing material.
• Creating deepfakes or realistic depictions of people without their consent.
• Infringing the rights of others, including intellectual property, trademarks, and likeness rights.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Using the Service for spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices.

2. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, or distribute using the Service. Sleeping Beagle disclaims any liability for content created or shared by users.

3. Enforcement

• Sleeping Beagle may investigate any alleged violation of this AUP.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without notice, if you breach this AUP or our Terms of Service.
• We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or regulators where required.

5. Changes to This Policy

Sleeping Beagle may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
