Refund & Service Level Policy – Sleeping Beagle

This Refund & Service Level Policy ("Policy") applies to all customers of Sleeping Beagle. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Refunds
- Sleeping Beagle does not issue cash refunds under normal circumstances.
- If a generation output is malformed, corrupted, or does not reasonably reflect the submitted prompt, at our sole discretion we may issue replacement credits.
- Credits can only be used while you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or terminated, unused credits will expire immediately .
- Review of refund requests will be handled only through the in-app support request process. We do not accept refund requests via email or other channels.
2. Service Levels
- Sleeping Beagle strives to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.
- Service availability may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to third-party providers (e.g., AI model providers, hosting infrastructure, payment processors).
- We are not liable for downtime, latency, or interruptions to the Service.
3. Enterprise Contracts
This Policy applies to all customers unless expressly overridden by a separate written enterprise agreement signed by both parties. In such cases, the negotiated terms will apply to the extent they differ from this Policy.
4. Final Notes
By using Sleeping Beagle, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are limited to credits only, and that the Service is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees.
